Within 14 days of purchase, you can request a refund here directly. Tell us what didn’t land if you have a moment — we read every reply and it’s the only way the product gets better. The feedback is optional— submitting the form refunds you either way.

The date you bought the pack — shown on your receipt email and order page.

Up to 1,500 characters. Stored against your order so we can follow up if useful; we won’t share or sell it.

Refund processes via Stripe within a few seconds. The money lands in your bank account in 5–10 working days.
