Refund policy

14-day refund — honest feedback, simple refund

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Use the self-service refund form — it processes via Stripe within minutes. We ask one optional question (“what didn’t land?”) so we can fix the product; you don’t have to answer it to refund.

Prefer email? Write to [email protected] from the address you used at checkout and we’ll process it the same working day.

How long it takes

Refunds are issued through Stripe and typically arrive in your bank account within 5-10 working days.

What the refund covers

The refund covers the £39 you paid for the product. It does not depend on the outcome of your Council Tax band challenge — the VOA’s decision is outside our control. We are upfront about this because outcome-tied refunds are how dodgier services operate.

Statutory rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day right to cancel digital goods unless you expressly waive it on receipt. Our policy mirrors this without requiring you to waive anything.

If something goes wrong

If the pack didn’t arrive, the PDFs are corrupted, or anything else broke, email [email protected] and we’ll fix it or refund — your choice.
